Base Salary
$215k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality customer-facing products and features.
- Own products from concept to production, ensuring they are performant, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Partner with product and design teams to shape product direction and implementation.
- Identify bottlenecks, build monitoring, propose solutions, and optimize frontend and backend performance.
- Improve product quality, design polish, and engineering craft as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience shipping external-facing products as a full-stack or product engineer.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript runtimes.
- Strong product judgment, written communication, and collaboration skills with product managers and designers.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving environment and iterate based on user feedback.
- AI-forward workflow with frequent use of coding agents and experience automating engineering work is expected.
- Experience at fast-growing applied AI or product-led companies, in ambiguous industries, or with OpenRouter and AI tooling is a bonus.
