Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality customer-facing products and features.
- Own products from concept to production, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Make informed product and design decisions while being open to feedback.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape product development.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance across frontend and backend systems.
- Raise the bar for product quality and design polish as the team grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping external-facing products as a full-stack or product engineer.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript runtimes.
- Demonstrated high agency and a bias toward action.
- AI-forward in workflow, utilizing coding agents and automation.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with fluid team boundaries.
- Strong written communication and collaborative working style.
