Responsibilities

Define and implement the SAP S/4HANA automation testing strategy in alignment with quality engineering objectives.
Establish automation best practices, methodologies, processes, and governance across the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for SAP GUI, Fiori, and integrated systems.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated regression, integration, and component-level functional test scripts.
Own and enhance the regression test repository to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
Define and track automation KPIs covering framework performance, ROI, coverage, and efficiency.
Integrate automation tools with test management platforms to update results and generate reports.
Coordinate automation deliverables with functional teams, development teams, and implementation partners.
Integrate and manage the automation repository within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
Design, publish, and maintain real-time automation dashboards in test management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience implementing and supporting test automation.
Extensive hands-on experience with automation testing for SAP ERP applications and SAP S/4HANA programs.
Strong proficiency with Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, and Suxxesso Automation Test Suite.
Experience building and maintaining data-driven, modular, keyword-driven, BDD, and Page Object Model automation frameworks.
Expertise with Jira, Xray, Confluence, GitHub, and Jenkins.
Strong background in functional automation for SAP native applications and SAP Fiori apps.
Ability to define KPIs and metrics for automation ROI, coverage, and efficiency.
Fluency in written and spoken English; German or other additional languages are advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% as required by project work.
