Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for core customer service and internal business platforms.
- Design and implement scalable solutions spanning frontend and backend services.
- Share responsibility for engineering delivery pipelines and ensure operational health.
- Develop engineering roadmaps with WTT Product and deliver technology solutions.
- Build reusable technical designs for adoption across multiple teams.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies that improve customer experience.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and security practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and help grow technical talent across the organization.
- Influence and build consensus across teams while managing stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
Requirements
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
- At least 11 years of software and infrastructure engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
- Significant experience with Microsoft products across platform, endpoint, and security domains.
- Significant experience with security technologies including MFA, SSO, MIM, and OTP, plus a strong general security background.
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Expertise with Azure and modern web technologies.
- Experience building high-throughput booking and endpoint systems and real-time services.
- Strong ability to bridge frontend and backend technical domains.
- Experience leading technical strategy and engineering decisions for customer service and internal business platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and consensus-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
