Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable data architectures and pipelines for enterprise clients.
- Maintain technical standards and best practices for data engineering across EMEA.
- Participate in guiding client engagements with senior contributors.
- Collaborate with the broader Data & AI practice to deliver integrated solutions.
- Translate client business challenges into robust data engineering solutions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Extensive data engineering experience with a proven record of delivering complex data initiatives.
- Deep expertise in data architectures, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure and their data-specific services.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data orchestration tools such as Airflow and DBT.
- Experience with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment is highly advantageous.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
