Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and system architecture for the Identity Graph.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance read models for real-time risk decisions.
- Build complex data pipelines for multi-cadence hydration and batch enrichments.
- Ensure strict privacy boundaries and secure handling of PII from day one.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to manage expectations and set direction.
- Wrangle ambiguity and proactively clarify boundaries to turn concepts into actionable plans.
- Establish production quality, resilience, and observability standards for the platform.
- Mentor and elevate the technical skills of the engineering team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high-scale distributed systems and complex data models.
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern programming languages and production-grade code.
- Proven experience as a technical anchor and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity and execute with a bias for action.
- Strong commitment to collaborative team dynamics and mentorship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including on-call rotation.
