Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformation programs and define target-state architecture, governance models, and operating frameworks.
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, release processes, reusable YAML templates, and application environment provisioning.
- Design and implement scalable DevSecOps solutions using the organization’s toolchain, including GitHub Actions, JFrog, Coverity, Black Duck, ArgoCD, Harness, Splunk, Dynatrace, and CyberArk.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, deployment automation, release management, security integration, and compliance controls.
- Establish consistent software delivery processes across application teams, platforms, and hybrid environments.
- Lead DevSecOps assessments, transformation roadmaps, organizational change initiatives, toolchain governance, integration, optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Define engineering metrics and KPIs to measure DevSecOps maturity and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and platform teams and influence senior technology leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps architecture, transformation, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and developing YAML pipelines from the ground up.
- Expertise in GitOps and ArgoCD implementation, OpenShift, and standardizing DevSecOps practices across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of security integration tools including Coverity, Black Duck, CyberArk, and related governance processes.
- Experience defining future-state DevSecOps operating models, leading assessments and transformation roadmaps, and driving organizational adoption.
- Experience working across Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, plus architecture design, problem-solving, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
