Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, intelligent systems to replace legacy monolithic infrastructure and support worldwide deployment.
- Develop applied machine learning and multimodal GenAI applications for advertising using text, image, and multilingual capabilities.
- Drive innovation from research ideation through production deployment, including evaluations and production-grade experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, science, and business teams to translate technical research into customer and revenue impact.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across design, architecture, and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
