Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SmithRx product features using Golang, GraphQL, SQL, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, and Java.
- Architect and implement robust software to manage AI models for healthcare data.
- Design and build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and orchestration logic.
- Collaborate with technical leads to understand requirements and produce scalable software.
- Apply software development best practices and design patterns across projects.
- Leverage frameworks to expand platform capabilities.
- Utilize AWS technologies for production-scale applications.
- Ensure code is fully tested and documented.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture through code reviews and technology exploration.
- Seek out and share new AI tools to enhance software delivery.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science with 1 year of experience or MS in Computer Science.
- Participation in coding competitions or independent projects is a plus.
- Experience with a compiled language such as Go, Java, C#, or C++.
- Solid understanding of ML/AI concepts and experience with GenAI tools is a plus.
- Ability to write effective queries with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks and LLM APIs.
- Solid grasp of designing and implementing scalable APIs.
- Basic understanding of GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Positive, team-first attitude with flexibility to navigate ambiguity.
