Base Salary
$82k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support backend services and APIs for customer-facing websites.
- Build and maintain integrations between Marketing Operations systems to ensure reliable data flow.
- Contribute to database design and maintenance for marketing and customer data needs.
- Optimize backend code and processes for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and marketing stakeholders for high-quality digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Communicate progress, risks, and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in developing and supporting backend systems or APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience with server-side APIs using Ruby, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and integrations is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
