Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, test, document, and integrate web and mobile applications and systems.
Build scalable full stack solutions across front end, back end, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms.
Partner with business analysts, product owners, delivery teams, business partners, and product stakeholders to deliver incremental business value.
Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
Drive root-cause analysis, resolve production issues, and implement application, infrastructure, and database performance improvements.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-functional engineering growth.
Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM models and collaborate with AI/ML teams to ship production-ready solutions.

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development and at least 3 years of full stack development experience.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
Understanding of infrastructure and application security for large-scale multi-tenant systems.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and API design.
Exposure to agile and waterfall development methodologies, with preference for agile practices.
Preferred experience with Module Federation, microfrontends, AI-driven UI/UX patterns, and AI tools or models such as Copilot, Claude, and Factory.ai.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
