Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, integrate, test, document, and support new and existing applications, systems, programs, and software.
- Build scalable web and mobile applications across frontend, backend, middleware, and database layers.
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, delivery teams, product stakeholders, and business partners to deliver business value.
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and participate in code reviews, design reviews, technical decisions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues while improving system reliability.
- Identify and implement performance optimizations across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
- Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM models and collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote full stack engineering and cross-functional growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development.
- At least 3 years of full stack development experience building scalable web applications.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API skills for backend development.
- Strong ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript expertise for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
- Understanding of infrastructure and application security for large-scale multi-tenant systems.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API design.
- Exposure to agile and waterfall development methodologies, with a preference for agile practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Module Federation, microfrontends, AI-driven UI/UX patterns, or AI tools and models such as Copilot, Claude, and FactoryAI is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, mentoring, and technical decision-making skills.
