Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, document, and integrate web and mobile applications and systems.
- Build scalable full stack solutions across front end, back end, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, delivery teams, business partners, and product stakeholders to deliver incremental business value.
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Drive root-cause analysis, resolve production issues, and implement application, infrastructure, and database performance improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-functional engineering growth.
- Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM models and collaborate with AI/ML teams to ship production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development and at least 3 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
- Understanding of infrastructure and application security for large-scale multi-tenant systems.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and API design.
- Exposure to agile and waterfall development methodologies, with preference for agile practices.
- Preferred experience with Module Federation, microfrontends, AI-driven UI/UX patterns, and AI tools or models such as Copilot, Claude, and Factory.ai.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
