
Lead, SW Engineer, Private Capital Technology

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, design, troubleshoot, and improve Private Capital-specific programs and processes.
- Work primarily on the Private Capital Suite, formerly Investran, and its associated development tools.
- Write change-resilient application code and execute effective testing.
- Manage tasks and project execution to deliver business requirements and related benefits within time and budget parameters.
- Provide L2/L3 support for supporting applications and collaborate independently and within a team.
- Comply with technology mandates related to methodology, process, and compliance.
- Support EMEA business users during afternoon shifts and perform occasional weekend code deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Primary experience with .NET and SQL stored procedures.
- Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing, and project delivery.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies, CI/CD workflows, vulnerability management, and issue remediation.
- Experience with SQL, .NET, REST APIs, Terraform, infrastructure as a service, and Azure Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Preferred experience in private capital and/or the financial industry, PCS Live formerly Investran, Python, Kafka, Active Templates, Allocation Rules, Business Events, and ACCEL workflows.
