Responsibilities
- Participate in lifecycle management of the compliance data center, including cost, efficiency, and stability initiatives.
- Help ensure reliability and SLA performance for core PnS products.
- Design and build products focused on system stability and efficiency.
- Review architectures, identify risks, and help drive solutions.
- Build monitoring and alerting, downgrade procedures, and contingency plans.
- Participate in operational drills, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
- Learn new technologies, including AI, and improve operational quality.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Have solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, operating systems, networks, and Linux.
- Be able to code in Python, Go, or C++.
- Have an interest in or basic understanding of distributed systems.
- Preferred experience includes internships in SRE, DevOps, backend, or infrastructure.
- Preferred experience includes projects involving large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS distributed systems.
- Preferred exposure includes containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, or cloud technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include strong contest results, open-source work, or technical projects.
- Demonstrate practical use of AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code, including verifiable examples of measurable improvements and the ability to validate and correct generated output.
- Experience building an agent or application on LLM APIs is a bonus.
- Demonstrate good communication, fast learning, ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
