Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, evaluate, test, and operationalize enterprise AI agents, agent workflows, prompts, tools, MCP integrations, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Build web applications, dashboards, user experiences, backend services, APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations for agentic workflows.
- Create and maintain MCPs, connectors, API wrappers, service integrations, authentication and authorization patterns, token brokering, and secrets management.
- Develop solutions in AWS-based environments, including containerized workloads, ADP BYOC deployments, observability, and deployment automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders and application owners to identify automation opportunities, assess integration feasibility, prototype solutions, and move successful use cases into production.
- Contribute architecture decisions, reusable components, reference implementations, engineering standards, and production-readiness patterns.
- Mentor NCG resources and junior engineers and collaborate with enterprise architects, platform, cloud, network, security, and application teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, and enterprise security patterns.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, MCP servers, LLM platforms, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Redpanda ADP.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, Redpanda, event-driven architectures, streaming data, orchestration platforms, or integrations with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Preferred experience creating production-grade AI applications, workflow automation, or agentic systems.
