Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Lead development of complex NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and predictive analytics models.
- Drive model optimization, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Oversee secure, high-quality data engineering pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Implement and maintain MLOps and LLMOps processes for automation, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Lead delivery of large-scale AI-powered products and enterprise transformation projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
- Deep proficiency in Python and one or more of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience deploying machine learning systems on cloud platforms, including AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Expertise in NLP, LLMs, transformers, computer vision, generative AI, and RAG architectures.
- Strong MLOps and DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and DVC.
- Strong data engineering skills across ETL, batch and streaming data, SQL/NoSQL, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and owning delivery for large-scale technology projects.
- Background in enterprise automation, digital transformation, and AI-powered products is highly valued.
