Responsibilities

Design solutions around digital asset lifecycles, including transaction processing, custody, tokenisation, settlement, and reconciliation.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable on-chain and off-chain architectures and end-to-end transaction flows.
Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain applications, APIs, and services using secure development practices.
Build and operate resilient systems using infrastructure automation, containerisation, and cloud-native platforms.
Monitor and optimise production systems using metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards.
Manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver hot-fixes in line with SLA, stability, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams in a regulated banking environment.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including significant backend development experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on blockchain or distributed ledger technology experience.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Solidity, including APIs, microservices, and secure systems.
Understanding of digital asset lifecycles, blockchain fundamentals, distributed system design, and on-chain/off-chain integration.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability, SLAs, and operating production systems.
Preferred experience in banking, fintech, capital markets, payments, or another regulated financial institution.
Preferred experience with asset tokenisation, tokenised deposits, stablecoins, CBDCs, purpose-bound money, payments, settlements, or custody.
Knowledge of Singapore financial services regulations, technology risk expectations, MAS-aligned controls, smart contract security, formal verification, or audit processes is preferred.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Knowledge of Zero Knowledge Proofs, Verifiable Credentials, Zero Trust Architecture, ISO 20022, payments infrastructure, securities settlement, or treasury operations is advantageous.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
