Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Execute QA activities for the SLAMNET-Parcel implementation based on test plans, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Create, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, results, and supporting evidence.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
- Identify, document, report, triage, and validate defects with clear reproduction details and supporting logs or screenshots.
- Analyze second-level support issues and determine whether they are functional, configuration, data, process, or user-related.
- Support business users, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Maintain testing documentation, defect logs, issue statuses, and validation evidence.
- Provide implementation status updates on test activities, open issues, risks, and blockers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Test Automation Engineer, Tester, Business QA Analyst, or Application Support Analyst in system implementation or production support environments.
- Knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes, customs clearance, parcel operations, logistics, or transportation workflows is required.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into test cases, validation steps, and expected results.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, defect-validation, and UAT testing.
- Experience documenting defects and working with technical teams or vendors on issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for application issues.
- Familiarity with QA or issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential and will be evaluated.
- Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
