Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI and machine learning models for project requirements.
- Develop training data pipelines for format conversion, deduplication, and quality filtering.
- Perform supervised fine-tuning with progressive model scaling.
- Design offline evaluation frameworks and production rollout processes with shadow mode, staged A/B testing, and automated rollback.
- Develop ML serving infrastructure on AWS GPU instances and support production monitoring with canary deployments.
- Lead technical decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate AI initiatives with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in machine learning.
- At least 5 years of hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience, including SFT and DPO.
- Proficiency with machine learning, LLMs, Python, and AWS AI Services.
- Experience with deep learning, neural networks, generative AI integration, cloud and on-premises deployment, and scalable ML pipelines.
- Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem, model quantization, and end-to-end MLOps CI/CD.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
