Responsibilities
- Develop production-ready agentic AI solutions for enterprise workflows.
- Design and evolve the architecture, infrastructure, and operating environment for developing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions.
- Build integrations with IT systems, data sources, APIs, automation platforms, and event-driven services.
- Develop backend services and lightweight web or interactive applications when needed.
- Plan hardware, compute, memory, storage, networking, performance, scalability, security, and cost for AI workloads.
- Create secure interfaces, guardrails, logging, evaluation, access control, and human-oversight mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, automation specialists, web developers, and Business Intelligence colleagues.
- Explain architectural decisions and create reusable capabilities for technical teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and operating AI/ML platforms, cloud or on-premises infrastructure, distributed systems, or production-grade software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI, LLM-based systems, agent orchestration, RAG, model serving, containerization, and modern backend development.
- Hands-on ability with Python, data science libraries, APIs, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, monitoring, and observability.
- Understanding of hardware and capacity planning for AI workloads, including compute accelerators, memory, storage, networking, and performance and cost trade-offs.
- Experience developing backend services and knowledge of event-driven architecture and open-source AI ecosystems is advantageous.
- Ability to set technical direction, work hands-on, collaborate across disciplines, and explain architectural decisions.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Security clearance and reference checks are part of the selection process.
