Responsibilities
- Interpret functional requirements and technical solution documentation.
- Build, deploy, and customize ArcGIS Experience Builder solutions and widgets.
- Develop and customize Web GIS solutions using the ArcGIS Server JavaScript framework.
- Automate GIS tasks with scripts and workflows.
- Build and deploy custom geoprocessing services and SOE/SOI components.
- Manage software in GitHub or Bitbucket source control.
- Help build CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and participate in system and system integration testing.
- Support GIS application development, data conversions, and system integrations for utility clients.
- Work independently, manage time proactively, and maintain project schedules.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Software, including Enterprise, Desktop, Server, ArcGIS Pro, and Online.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS REST Services and experience with ArcGIS JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Experience building, deploying, extending, and customizing ArcGIS Experience Builder widgets.
- Experience with Python scripting; ArcPy knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with PostgreSQL versioned enterprise geodatabases; branch versioning experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of database design and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Experience with Esri Utility Network core principles, including subnetworks, associations, containment, and tracing, is relevant.
- Utility-sector experience, especially electric or gas domain knowledge, is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira and advanced Excel capabilities are advantages.
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, adaptability, independent working, and time-management skills.
