Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM enrichment strategy and maintain data quality across the GTM organization.
- Audit the existing tech stack to identify gaps and prioritize improvements.
- Rapidly ship productivity workflows based on team requests.
- Determine when to build custom solutions versus using low-code tools.
- Design workflows with upstream and downstream implications in mind.
- Integrate third-party APIs to ensure reliable data flow.
- Contribute to long-term stack consolidation efforts.
- Document all built solutions for clarity and trust.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or a technical RevOps role.
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment tool.
- Direct experience with Salesforce and its data model.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
- Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Strong judgment on build decisions in low-code environments.
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies.
