Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build parametric, procedural CAD pipelines for custom orthopedic devices.
- Partner with clinicians to extract domain knowledge and translate it into parameter spaces.
- Build a library of parametric components that generalize across products.
- Collaborate with the AI team to define interfaces between learned components and CAD layers.
- Develop geometric tooling for manufacturable geometry.
- Drive geometry programmatically through CAD APIs and kernels.
- Ensure design outputs are printable and meet quality requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building parametric and procedural CAD systems.
- Strong programmatic CAD experience, focusing on scripting and automation.
- Solid command of geometric modeling fundamentals like NURBS and B-Rep.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or C++.
- Collaborative mindset to work with non-engineers and translate expert intuition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
