Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for scalable agent architecture.
- Lead the hands-on building, testing, and deploying of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with strategy leads to meet technical prerequisites for autonomous operations.
- Oversee the integration and scaling of AI agents within operational workflows.
- Conduct rigorous validation testing and monitor agent performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
- Deep understanding of modern AI tech stack and scalable deployment infrastructure.
- Ability to execute complex technical work with limited oversight.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical partners.
- Motivated by building reliable, production-ready systems.
