Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems for healthcare applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality code in various languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of software.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues to enhance system performance.
- Implement continuous improvement processes within the engineering team.
- Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure for software applications.
- Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
- Stay current with industry trends and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying large, scalable distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead system design and architecture ensuring scalability.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Strong capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Excellent understanding of relational databases, including query optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly independent and curious, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Expertise in at least one framework such as TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, or React.
- Hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, including containerization technologies.
