Base Salary
$165k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the scoping, design, and development of product features.
- Identify and fix bugs and technical debt.
- Collaborate with Support to address technical issues for customers.
- Understand customer needs and design systems that solve real-world problems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
- 4+ years of experience building web application backends.
- Strong technical background and ability to reason through system design tradeoffs, technical debt, and maintenance needs.
- Frontend development experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to share knowledge and help level up teammates.
