Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps initiatives and define architecture standards for infrastructure, deployment automation, scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation.
- Architect and maintain highly available cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Lead Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud platform modernization using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Design and support containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration, observability, and platform automation.
- Build automation for provisioning, configuration management, compliance, and operational support.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, reliability, and SRE-oriented engineering practices.
- Implement cloud security, encryption, identity management, access controls, network security, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure and software delivery platforms.
- Proven experience leading complex DevOps, cloud modernization, or platform engineering initiatives within SaaS organizations.
- Experience architecting highly available, fault-tolerant systems for mission-critical workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
- Advanced expertise with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with Terraform and CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and modern container orchestration.
- Understanding of networking, cloud security frameworks, identity management, and compliance controls.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, .NET Framework, Java, and JavaScript.
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or other cloud platform certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with globally distributed cloud platforms, disaster recovery, business continuity, SRE practices, observability frameworks, Agile environments, Atlassian Jira, and enterprise SaaS products is preferred.
