Base Salary

$187k - $255k/yr

Responsibilities

Create and test reliable cloud infrastructure services supporting Webflow products.
Lead initiatives to reduce triage load, improve reliability, and scale customer-facing systems.
Refactor and modernize services while balancing reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to deliver new services and engineering practices.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, on-call operations, and incident response improvements.
Improve engineering speed and safety through standardized processes, automation, and cloud best practices.
Mentor and teach junior engineers and provide feedback on tools and software designs.
Lead projects and contribute to full-stack applications, services, and engineering tools.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience building, maintaining, and debugging distributed systems in customer-facing, low-downtime environments.
Hands-on experience building and scaling multi-region cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
Experience with Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare tooling.
Experience with container-centric architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift, ECS, or Mesos.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
Experience with agentic development and emerging AI technologies.
Familiarity with contributing to applications, services, and tools authored in TypeScript, Node, or Go.
Experience leading projects and mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
Strong results and impact on shipped projects, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
