Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and update web-based applications and site content.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications according to project requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Document technical designs and specifications.
- Research and incorporate updated content and features into websites.
- Troubleshoot and debug web applications while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web components.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of user experience, usability, and accessibility principles.
