Responsibilities
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with Business Application Owners and other relevant teams.
- Ensure datasets and validation-environment test accounts are available for test campaigns.
- Execute functional and non-regression tests across applicable technical-data applications.
- Open and track defects and maintain non-regression test scripts as applications evolve.
- Support Business Application Owners with requirements, features, user stories, maturity activities, change requests, test strategies, and test cases.
- Participate in test and deployment meetings and support analysis of the applications.
Requirements
- Qualified engineer, preferably a graduate.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
- Knowledge of SGML and XML.
- Knowledge of the Customer Services organization and general IT environments.
- IT development experience and knowledge of project management, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Advanced English, strong coordination and communication skills, organization, autonomy, rigor, and a customer-focused mindset.
