Responsibilities
- Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor to guide them in using Coinbase services and APIs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical requirements and support deal closures.
- Architect distributed systems solutions for complex customer needs and build open source SDKs.
- Lead customer implementations end-to-end, delivering technical presentations and resolving roadblocks.
- Drive collaboration with product and engineering teams to extend core capabilities for strategic client opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Proven track record in designing integration solutions for complex customer problems.
- Experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems is preferred.
- Ability to independently scope customer requirements and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
