Responsibilities
- Advise customers on building with Coinbase services and APIs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical requirements and support deal closure.
- Architect distributed systems solutions for complex customer needs.
- Build open-source SDKs and reference implementations.
- Lead customer implementations end to end, including presentations and issue resolution.
- Work with support, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and extend core capabilities.
- Translate complex technical needs into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Production experience with Golang.
- Experience designing and building integrations across modern and legacy systems.
- Experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems.
- Ability to independently scope customer requirements and deliver working solutions under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to advise cross-functional sales, product, and engineering stakeholders.
