Base Salary
$155k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Communicate with technology product leads to identify improvements to current and future technology solutions.
- Deliver strategic business objectives and platform improvements for Search and Distribution Infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Adapt search, data pipeline, and content distribution solutions to evolving business stakeholder requirements.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop proofs of concept and deploy scalable AI-integrated solutions.
- Build solutions involving LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, tool integration, and workflow automation.
- Champion AI-integrated development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, observability, and governance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of the business line and discipline, with knowledge of competitive environments and other disciplines.
- Experience with LLM integration, agentic systems, RAG, MCP, A2A, tool integration, workflow automation, LangChain, LangChain4j, and LangGraph.
- Experience with Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
- Experience with Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with Datadog, Elastic, GitHub Actions, and GitOps practices.
- Strong Core Java experience with Spring Boot, Spring AI, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with VS Code, Cursor, and IntelliJ, including AI model integrations where applicable.
- Python proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django, plus working knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong debugging, communication, problem-solving, independent working, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Finance business understanding.
