Responsibilities
- Design and build an enterprise-scale, multi-tenant AI platform from the ground up.
- Architect multi-agent systems, tool-use loops, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces for financial adjustment processing.
- Implement resilient, API-first microservices on cloud-native Kubernetes/OpenShift infrastructure.
- Enforce human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, guardrails, governance, and DevSecOps practices.
- Guide engineering teams, establish engineering standards, and drive cross-functional adoption.
- Use observability, streaming, messaging, and automation capabilities where appropriate.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with a proven record leading AI/ML or platform engineering teams in production environments.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with function calling, tool use, RAG, prompt and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- Deep experience in event-driven design, containerized microservices, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, Tekton, or ArgoCD, along with strict governance and audit standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with distributed tracing, logging and metrics stacks; Kafka, Solace, or Tibco EMS/RV; and low-code automation tools is preferred.
