Responsibilities
- Pioneer next-generation AI tooling to enhance ML efficiency and usability.
- Build and maintain core platform components like Serving Layer and Model Registry.
- Design developer experiences to reduce time-to-production for AI systems.
- Architect scalable distributed inference systems for LLMs and recommender models.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimize ML models on GPU architectures.
- Lead the design of Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Build core information retrieval infrastructure to support Gen AI models.
Requirements
- Possess or pursue a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with high-performance distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
- Expertise in AI/ML platform data stores, LLMs, and agentic systems.
- Experience building agentic applications with real-world context.
- Collaborative mindset with experience integrating models with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with graph databases and large-scale GNNs.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with high availability systems and ML models.
