Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze the needs of operations teams.
- Design and develop operational automation solutions.
- Create dashboards, alerts, reports, and performance indicators.
- Maintain and enhance developed solutions.
- Produce associated technical documentation.
- Participate in technical studies and architecture documentation.
- Propose and experiment with AI use cases to improve infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- Advanced Splunk expertise, including complex SPL, interactive dashboards, alerting, and reporting.
- Advanced Python development for automation, data processing, API development, and DevOps libraries.
- Ansible, AAP, and AWX experience, including playbook authoring, deployment automation, and workflow management.
- Strongly desired experience with Linux/RHEL, Control-M, VMware/Nutanix, Shell/Bash, Git platforms, and Red Hat Satellite.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, KPI management, dashboards, system security hardening, and secrets management.
- Experience in a critical production environment.
