Responsibilities
- Own B2B lead lifecycle features from lead generation and scoring through processing, experimentation, measurement, and production operation.
- Build and operate backend services, data pipelines, React frontends, and Python scoring models as needed.
- Ship and measure marketing experiments rapidly, iterating based on production results.
- Use AI coding agents to shape specifications, direct implementation, review output, and maintain quality.
- Build LLM-powered features and production agents on SIXT’s LLM gateway and managed agent platform.
- Own deployments, pipelines, observability, monitoring, testing, and security for your services.
- Integrate lead flows with Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders in Lisbon and Munich and with the CRM engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and operating production backend services and data pipelines.
- Experience with or ability to learn Java, Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Python-based data and scoring systems.
- Strong SQL and familiarity with data warehouses, event tracking, and web analytics such as GA4.
- Daily experience directing and critically reviewing AI coding agents such as Claude Code.
- Interest in building AI-powered product features using LLM infrastructure and managed agent platforms; direct experience is a plus.
- Ability to build, deploy, observe, test, monitor, and secure owned services.
- Ability to rapidly turn ambiguous marketing or business questions into measurable experiments.
- No marketing or B2B background is required.
