Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a functional automation framework from scratch using Copado.
- Design test plans and use cases for functional, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Execute and report automated and manual UI, API, functional, and non-functional tests.
- Validate integrations across Salesforce, Workday, and other corporate platforms.
- Document test results, defects, risks, strategies, and test coverage through dashboards and reporting.
- Support UAT stakeholders and investigate process issues, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with corporate systems, release management, and DevOps teams during CI/CD deployment cycles.
- Help ensure scalable, maintainable, and performant test coverage and mentor junior testers as the team expands.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
- 4–6 years of QA and automation testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Copado suites, including robotic testing and CI/CD capabilities.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience testing front-end and back-end web services and performing API testing.
- Experience with test documentation, strategies, and approaches.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of project delivery lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and delivery.
