Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and Power BI dashboards.
- Lead architecture sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Build data models, custom connectors, PCF controls, external-system integrations, and API-based integrations across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Establish Power Platform governance, environment strategies, ALM processes, security practices, and solution lifecycle management.
- Manage source control, DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous quality improvement.
- Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders, collaborate with architects and product owners, mentor teams, and shape platform strategy.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, solution diagrams, reports, and data visualizations.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- 5-8 years of experience building expert-level solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- At least 1 year of experience with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree, with an additional 4 years of experience potentially accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Strong proficiency with Dataverse, data modeling, relational data structures, solution layering, ALM, and managed/unmanaged solutions.
- Experience developing PCF controls, custom connectors, external-system integrations, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, and C# plugins.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and implementing role-based security, governance, scalable architectures, DevOps pipelines, Git-based deployments, and automated solution deployments.
- Ability to evaluate requirements, perform gap analyses, design enterprise-grade architectures, and create intuitive user interfaces and Power BI reports.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400, Dynamics 365 experience, Azure experience, and Git version-control experience.
