Responsibilities
- Design, develop, unit test, and deliver efficient source code based on business requirements.
- Own delivery and collaborate with product, QA, and global stakeholder teams.
- Create technical artifacts and lead technical and design reviews.
- Improve project processes by proposing innovative technical solutions.
- Lead responsible adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and delivery tools, including review, validation, measurement, secure data handling, and governance practices.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly and provide daily guidance to software engineers.
- Anticipate cross-team dependencies and deliver products and applications aligned with business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships according to compliance standards, service-level agreements, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 8+ years of applied experience.
- Strong experience developing user interfaces with React, HTML, CSS, and other JavaScript-driven web frameworks.
- Experience leading responsible adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and delivery tools across engineering teams.
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, resiliency, security, and governance considerations.
- Strong object-oriented analysis and design, design principles, design patterns, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
- Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience with UI unit-testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, cloud technologies, and Spring Boot.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, collaborate effectively, and meet committed deadlines.
