Cyber Security Software Engineer

- Drive the Security Guardians initiative by creating learning spaces and promoting a security culture aligned with development-community needs.
- Design and implement backend software solutions that enable development teams to adopt security practices and controls.
- Identify needs and propose technical initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity knowledge and maturity across the organization.
- Analyze adoption and participation metrics to guide decisions and improve proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain data processes, integrations, and ETL solutions for tracking the community.
- Collaborate with security, development, and data teams to integrate cybersecurity practices into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go and Python.
- Solid knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, and secure development practices.
- Experience analyzing data with BigQuery and designing integration or ETL processes.
- Experience managing, supporting, and developing technical communities or technology-culture initiatives.
- Experience or knowledge using AI-based coding assistants such as Claude or Codex.
