Base Salary
$85k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for identity and user access control processes.
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy UiPath workflows and configuration changes.
- Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, and third-party software.
- Monitor deployed bots, proactively fix bugs, and provide support for a 24/7 operation, including after-hours work.
- Lead meetings and workshops with business units to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Create process workflow documentation, technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation.
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with industry practices, data security requirements, privacy regulations, and applicable standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is required.
- Generally, a minimum of two years of robotic process automation experience or two years of development experience is preferred.
- Background developing with UiPath and familiarity with RPA platforms such as Blue Prism and NICE.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, databases, RESTful APIs, and Amazon S3.
- Understanding of workflow design principles and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Scrum-based agile development.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, exercise sound judgment, and determine when to escalate issues.
