Base Salary
$135k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions.
- Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide project delivery support and expertise.
- Communicate project status and progress to staff at all levels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
- Experience with Pega Architecture at the intermediate level.
- Experience with Pega Software Application Development at the intermediate level.
- Experience with Pega Platform at the intermediate level.
- Pega certification such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little to no oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or hold Top Secret clearance.
