Responsibilities
- Partner with Taiwan-based customers and prospects to understand software delivery, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software supply chain challenges.
- Lead technical sales cycles from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and technical wins.
- Design and demonstrate solutions across CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, application security, and software supply chain security environments.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations.
- Help customers integrate JFrog with existing development, security, cloud, and DevOps ecosystems.
- Build relationships with customer champions and develop long-term technical advocates.
- Represent JFrog at events, conferences, webinars, partner engagements, and executive briefings.
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help influence product direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in areas such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, cloud, or application security.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally supporting enterprise technology sales.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the technical aspects of complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Strong hands-on understanding of modern DevOps and software delivery practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Git-based workflows, build tools, and artifact or package management.
- Experience designing, explaining, or implementing software delivery pipelines and integrating tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of application security and software supply chain security concepts, including SCA, SBOM, container security, vulnerability management, or application security testing.
- Strong communication, discovery, presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional and global teams.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Taiwanese and strong business English communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise customers in Taiwan and understanding of the local technology ecosystem.
- Based in Taiwan, preferably Taipei.
- Preferred qualifications include prior software development, DevOps engineering, platform engineering, cloud architecture, or security engineering experience; enterprise-scale development experience; AI-assisted development familiarity; channel or systems-integrator experience; and technical event presentation experience.
