Responsibilities
- Own and orchestrate end-to-end research programs using massively parallel agentic AI.
- Drive breakthrough domain-specific model quality through multi-stage training pipelines.
- Design and train multimodal systems and knowledge graph pipelines.
- Build agent-orchestrated pipelines for data curation and large-scale training.
- Mentor AI Researchers on effective agent workflows.
- Compress the research-to-production cycle using agentic CI/CD and automated testing.
- Document findings and contribute to internal knowledge infrastructure.
- Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks to maximize team potential.
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years as an AI/ML researcher with shipped research artifacts.
- Experience with multi-stage training pipelines and diagnosing training failures.
- Deep expertise in at least one area such as multimodal learning or reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with distributed training at scale.
- Production-grade Python skills and clean code practices.
