Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex digital and CRM software solutions.
- Customize, optimize, integrate, and maintain scalable CRM platforms and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for pitches and client work.
- Query customer databases, analyze customer data, and generate reports and insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related technical issues.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the CRM Platforms team.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics across backend and frontend capabilities.
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, .NET, or other relevant languages.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations.
- Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools to analyze customer data and generate insights.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to guide junior team members and demonstrate strong organizational and teamwork skills.
