Base Salary
$125k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support existing applications, new features, and platforms.
- Improve the functionality, performance, stability, efficiency, and scalability of research and trading platforms.
- Work alongside senior developers on projects assigned to Treasury Technology or Compliance Technology.
- Complete a summer-long project related to the assigned team and present it at the end of the program.
- Participate in team-building events, lunch-and-learns, social activities, skills workshops, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Be a student pursuing a degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- Demonstrate software engineering skills through previous internships, coding competitions, publications, or similar work.
- Have interest and experience in a programming language such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Have basic knowledge of Git and databases.
- Demonstrate creativity, quick problem-solving ability, analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of work.
- Have an interest in capital markets or finance.
- Previous financial industry experience is preferred but not required.
- An advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field is preferred.
