Responsibilities
- Lead the design and scaling of the CI/CD platform and cloud-native application runtimes.
- Build and manage production-grade AWS EKS clusters across multiple regions.
- Deploy and configure Istio Service Mesh for advanced traffic management.
- Standardize and maintain enterprise-scale CircleCI workflows and GitOps pipelines.
- Implement zero-trust security controls across the cluster fleet.
- Mentor Level 2 and Level 3 DevOps engineers and lead architectural reviews.
- Build monitoring and tracing pipelines to improve platform resilience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, or DevOps roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS infrastructure at scale.
- 3+ years of experience administrating Amazon EKS and multi-cluster environments.
- 1-2+ years of experience with Istio Service Mesh or similar solutions.
- Bonus points for experience with GCP and automated security scanning tools.
