Responsibilities
- Lead AI experiments and develop solutions from ideation to production.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop advanced prompts, multi-agent architectures, tools, and RAG pipelines.
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize LLM-based solutions for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Evaluate advancements in AI research and related regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in data science, statistics, experimental thinking, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- At least five years of full-stack software development experience.
- At least three years of applied ML experience, including two years with LLMs and agents.
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production.
- Strong Python coding, debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ML frameworks, RAG pipelines and vector stores, agent frameworks, cloud AI services, LLM and Agent Ops, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs.
