Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and support Pega workflow automation and case-management solutions.
- Translate business processes into case types, workflows, data objects, integrations, user interfaces, rules, and decision logic.
- Collaborate across the full software lifecycle with product owners, analysts, testers, architects, and technical professionals.
- Support testing, deployment coordination, performance, documentation, and production troubleshooting.
- Apply standards for security, maintainability, performance, and upgrade readiness.
- Document configuration, test results, deployment dependencies, and operational support procedures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega development or architecture.
- Experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Pega case-management solutions using best practices and reusable components.
- Experience supporting software testing, deployment, performance, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience includes Department of Veterans Affairs, federal health IT, regulated healthcare programs, FHIR, X12, EDI, Edifecs, Jira, Confluence, Git, Microsoft 365, Azure, Databricks, or Power Platform.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
