Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions.
- Analyze complex problems and implement efficient, maintainable code and software improvements.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates.
- Participate independently as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Scrum.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
