Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter solutions.
- Develop integration strategies and architectures for Guidewire applications.
- Design and implement APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols.
- Provide technical direction, architectural governance, infrastructure guidance, and performance optimization for complex enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with clients, business partners, architects, developers, management, and IT groups to gather requirements and develop solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct client and stakeholder workshops and support process improvement.
- Stay current with Guidewire technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of overall work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Proven experience leading functional or technical areas on implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and databases.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
