Base Salary
$85k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate high-fidelity design concepts into pixel-precise web experiences.
- Collaborate with brand and creative leadership to maintain design intent.
- Build and maintain reusable front-end components for a marketing site.
- Manage the front-end relationship with external creative partners.
- Contribute to and enforce a comprehensive design system.
- Audit and optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser fidelity.
- Work across headless CMS environments, static builds, and custom code.
Requirements
- 4+ years of front-end development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building marketing or brand sites with a focus on visual craft.
- Comfort with component-based frameworks, preferably React.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary headless CMS platforms, especially Contentful.
- Strong understanding of type rendering, spacing systems, and motion timing.
- Ability to constructively critique designs and propose viable solutions.
